Yanick Lahens: “Mondes francophones” Chair, Collège de France

On July 4, 2018, the Collège de France in Paris announced the creation of a Francophone Worlds endowed chair [Mondes francophones] in partnership with Agence universitaire de la Francophonie. This chair, created initially for three years, will invite each year a new nominee from a French-speaking country, in different fields of arts and sciences. Haitian writer Yanick Lahens was named the first instructor for the 2018-2019 academic year.
