The 48th Annual Conference of the Society for Caribbean Studies takes place on July 2-4, 2025, at Wills Hall Conference Centre, University of Bristol. The theme for the 2025 conference is “The Politics, Poetics and Praxis of Repair.”

Conference Registration Fees
The full conference fee is £250 or for concessions £215 (concession rates apply to students or those without institutional support)
We also offer the following day rates:
- Wednesday (inc. Rum Punch reception): £85
- Thursday (inc. 3 course meal): £85
- Friday (only lunch): £65
All delegates should be Society members. Membership is £15.
Payment can either be made via PayPal at the end of this form, by via online bank transfer, or by cheque/ International Money Order.
