Held from July 15 to July 27, 2013, Art Rules Aruba is a 2-week annual summer workshop program that offers young aspiring Aruban artists a platform to cultivate their artistic talent and skills.

Presented by the Pancake Gallery, each year the foundation selects a group of international professionals from around the world, to come the island to teach and share their expertise and experiences.

These Art Rules workshops are taught through intensive training, research, assignments, talkbacks, screenings, homework, recordings, performances and presentations. After 2 weeks of all the intensive work and study the Art Rules students get to publicly present what they have learned and produced during the program in a theatrical, multimedia showcase of presentations and exhibitions.

Art Rules Aruba 2013 will take place at Abraham de Veer School in San Nicolas for all the workshops except Dance which will take place across the street at Scol di Arte.

The ARA 2013 classes run from July 15th till July 27th 2013. There will be a morning group and an afternoon group divided in the following hours:

All workshops

Morning from 9:00am till 12:30pm (age 13-17)

Afternoon from 2:00pm till 5:30pm (age 17-23)

Bonus Workshop

9:00am till 3:00pm
