Former Miami Herald reporter Johnny Diaz, now a business writer at The Boston Globe, has just published his third novel, Beantown Cubans, a follow-up to his earlier books, Boston Boys Club and Miami Manhunt. Accompanied by his parents, Diaz read from his new book and answered questions on September 18 at Books & Books in South Beach and September 19 at the Stonewall Library and Archives in Fort Lauderdale.

Among his many appearances, he will be presenting his new book on September 24 at 7pm at The Harvard Coop (1400 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge, MA) and October 3 at 7pm at A Different Light Bookstore in San Francisco.
