The Caribbean: Crossroads of the World exhibit at three museums in New York City took the art world by storm this summer. Widely reviewed and often praised for its multifaceted approach to the boundless creativity of the Caribbean region, the exhibit will surely be remembered. With its belated catalogue now published and available, we can begin to reflect on the exhibit’s accomplishments and impact. Peter Jordens, who generously prepares the announcements of forthcoming Caribbean conferences we publish monthly, has prepared a document that gathers information about and links to the exhibit’s multiple reviews and which includes numerous images from among those exhibited. You can download the text by clicking on this link: Crossroads of the World 2012 Art and Caribbean Studies

Our thanks to Peter for providing our readers with this guide to the exhibit.
