Joan Anim-Addo (Grenada/UK), poet, playwright and professor of Caribbean literature and culture at Goldsmiths-University of London will lead a workshop on creative nonfiction at the 2017 Cᴀʟʟᴀʟᴏᴏ Cʀᴇᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ Wʀɪᴛɪɴɢ Wᴏʀᴋsʜᴏᴘ. Other workshop leaders are Gregory Pardlo for poetry and Jacinda Townsend for fiction. The deadline for applications is December 16, 2016.  See call below:

Callaloo, a journal of African Diaspora arts and letters invites you to apply to the 2017 Cᴀʟʟᴀʟᴏᴏ Cʀᴇᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ Wʀɪᴛɪɴɢ Wᴏʀᴋsʜᴏᴘ hosted by The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities at Oxford University. The workshop will take place at Oxford from July 16-22, 2017, and will offer participants the opportunity to work under the guidance of the following workshop leaders in either poetry, fiction, or creative nonfiction:

Poetry: Gregory Pardlo
Fiction: Jacinda Townsend
Creative Nonfiction: Joan Anim-Addo

The deadline for applications to the Oxford CCWW is December 16, 2016. Callaloo is also accepting applications for the 2017 USA CCWW, held at Brown University.
