Puerto Rico is hosting the Island Tattoo Fest this weekend, the biggest Caribbean convention where tattoo artists and body art from the region and other countries will be showcased, EFE reports.

In its seventh year, the festival includes a competition of tattoos, body piercing, plus live entertainment.

Among the nearly hundred participants taking part in the event is Juan Salgado, urban tattoo artist professionally known as Angel’s Tattoonator, Bengie Archilla, renowned for his realism, and Noel Roman (Nono’s), among many others.

The event is held at the Embassy Suite Hotel in Isla Verde, in the metropolitan area of ​​the Puerto Rican capital.
