Conference: “Teorizando el giro decolonial”

[Many thanks to Peter Jordens for bringing this item to our attention.] Organized by the Humanities Department at UPR-Aguadilla, with the Rutgers Advanced Institute for Critical Caribbean Studies, the conference “Teorizando el giro decolonial: descolonizando tierras, descolonizando cuerpos” [Theorizing the Decolonial Turn: Decolonizing Lands, Decolonizing Bodies] will be held at the University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, July 24-25, 2020.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is April 30, 2020. The keynote speaker will be Yuderkis Espinosa Miñoso. The organizers remind participants:

Congress attendance will be free of charge, but please register to confirm attendance for logistics reasons. To access the registration form for the public, click here. Speakers accepted to present at the conference will have a different confirmation process.
