The 43rd Annual Three Kings Day Parade and Celebration, hosted by El Museo del Barrio, takes place on Monday, January 6, 2020, from 11:00am to 12:30pm (El Barrio) and a live performance at El Museo’s El Teatro from 1:00 until 2:00pm. These events are free and open to the public.
El Museo del Barrio is delighted to present the 43rd Annual Three Kings Day Parade and Celebration titled Nuestros Barrios Unidos: Celebrating our Collective Strength, honoring New York City’s immigrant and migrant communities of past and present. United by our collective experience, we pay homage to those that continue to keep our history alive by celebrating the cultural traditions of El Barrio and beyond. Join us on this joyous day of camels (live), colorful puppets, parrandas, music and dancing!
PARADE SCHEDULE
11:00am–12:30pm, El Barrio
Parade begins at 106th St and Park Ave and ends at 115th St and Park Ave featuring live music by BombaYo, Annette Aguilar & the Stringbeans, Wabafu Garifuna Dance Theater and more.
1:00pm–2:00pm, El Museo
The festivities continue at El Museo with live musical performance by Los Pleneros de la 21, and free admission to Las Galerías.
