Nazma Muller has just shared some great news from Trinidad and Tobago! A new species of hummingbird has been spotted in Trinidad for the first time. The Glittering-throated Emerald—Amazilia fimbriata—was sighted by Theodore U. Ferguson on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Yerette, Home of the Hummingbird, Maracas Valley, St. Joseph.
