Calling all Women Of Colour Producers: CineFAM still has 2 spots open for annual our 2019 Incubator Program during TIFF

Are you a female producer of color based in Toronto? Apply now for a Scholarship to attend the 10th annual 2019 CIneFAM/ CaribbeanTales Incubator Program this September.

Applicants should be an emerging or mid-career female producer from a visible minority group.

Selected candidates will work with an assigned director/creator to develop their package and prepare to pitch it. The workshop takes the form of  3 days of intensive workshops, which will train teams in all aspects of the business of film and TV Series.

It culminates in the Big Pitch Breakfast (in partnership with TIFF), where participants pitch their projects to a panel of international delegates in the industry. Participants will have the opportunity to work with CTI Executive Producers over the course of eight months in order to take their projects to the next stage.

September 3 – 6, 2019: THE INCUBATOR – three (3) full days of workshops, and networking opportunities

September 8, 2019: THE BIG PITCH! Produced in partnership with TIFF Industry where participants pitch their projects to industry professionals.

CineFam — a registered not-for-profit company in Canada — is a Haitian Creole word meaning “films by women”. Our mandate is to support bold, original film stories by Women of Colour Creators around the globe.
