Get ready for Jamaica Frenzy next March as classic New York house music descends on the Caribbean.

As consumers look for bigger and better experiences from festivals beyond just a tent in a field or a LED wall in a parking lot, promoters have rushed to fill in the potential opportunities. Destination festivals have become more in vogue, combination a luxurious vacation with your normal festival atmosphere. Jamaica is getting a new house festival this upcoming March 2019 with Jamaica Frenzy, bringing an old school house feeling to the Caribbean. It will feature names like Body & Soul, David MoralesDJ Spinna, The Ritual with Anané & Louie Vega and Ultra Naté.

The festival will take place at the resort of Negril in Jamaica from March 25 to 31. The six day all-inclusive festival will give attendees a choice of one of two resorts in Negril along the water with pristine blue water and white sand beaches. The festival founders come from the New York, bringing their experience and knowhow to Jamaica. There will daily catamaran parties and excursions on offer for those who want to explore the treasures of the island or you can relax to the sweet sounds of some classic house and disco.

“Jamaica Frenzy…Finally, a breath of fresh air with a festival lineup that’s giving soulful house music the place it deserves, and which so many people have been waiting for,” says Francois K in a statement.

Tickets, not including flights, start at $1,899, so it isn’t cheap on the eyes, but remember what you are getting with six days of an all inclusive resort, plus music.
