[Many thanks to Peter Jordens for bringing this item to our attention.] Swankism reports that Diamond Supply Co. has joined forces with the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat on a commemorative collection, in celebration of its 20th anniversary this year. The collection will be available on August 24.

The collection houses a selection of outerwear, which includes a reversible bomber jacket and a trucker jacket, as well as a range of staple items including hoodies, t-shirts, headwear, and some accessories, all emblazoned with Jean-Michel Basquiat’s neo-expressionist paintings and scrawled graffiti works.

On the collaboration, Nicholas Tershay aka Nick Diamond had the following to say, “We continue to stay true to our roots and ethos by creating new, unexpected products through partnerships with other creative individuals and companies.” He further stated, “We are thrilled to release the Basquiat collaboration to celebrate our 20th anniversary by honoring an artist whose fine artwork reflects the same rebellious style as the skate and street world, just like Diamond.”

The Diamond Supply Co. Basquiat collection will be available at the clothing label’s online shop and flagship stores in Los Angeles and New York City on August 24.
