CaribBEING’s online exhibit (Google Arts & Culture)—“Life with Basquiat”—was featured at the National Urban League Conference (Black History & Culture project). CaribBEING’s Shelley V. Worrell writes:

“Life with Basquiat” is included among leading cultural institutions such as The Studio Museum, Gordon Parks Foundation, Creative Time and Smithsonian, which you can see here. Special thanks to Alexis Adler and Eric Johnson for their artistic contributions to this online exhibit.

We hope you can visit throughout the month of August for more Caribbean Arts + Culture starting this Saturday at Brooklyn Museum.  The Caribbeing House is located on Eastern Parkway just outside of the train station!
