Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the Institute of Caribbean Studies (ICS) at the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras (UPR-RP) invites the academic community and the general public to two lectures by Dr. Luis F. Popa Casasaya (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú).
The first lecture, to be held on Wednesday, April 18, will be “¿Integración? Una mirada sudamericana al Caribe: Caso Perú.” The second lecture is “Venezuela: Maduro quiere ser Chávez,” to be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Both lectures will be held from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at REB 238 (Room 238 of the Ramón Emeterio Betances Building), School of the Social Sciences, UPR-RP.
