“TRANS: A Migration of Identity” in Eleuthera

Currently in its third year, the National Art Gallery of the Bahamas’s travelling exhibition program presents “Trans: A Migration of Identity,” which opened on March 5 in Rock Sound, Eleuthera (The Bahamas).

Description: Dissecting national identity through the lens of visual artists, the exhibition presents works that question and respond to our collective reality—one that is shaped by the movement of peoples of many origins.

“TRANS: A Migration of Identity” shows only in the Family Islands and is currently on view at The South Eleuthera Mission. The NAGB thanks our partners: the One Eleuthera Foundation, The South Eleuthera Mission and the Eleuthera Arts & Cultural Center for their support.
