In the framework of the 58th Casa de las Américas Literary Prize [Premio Literario Casa de las Américas], Cuban scholar Emilio Jorge Rodríguez—who is also on the jury for entries in Caribbean literature written in English—will lead the panel “Creación literaria, circulación editorial y traducción en el Caribe” [Literary creation, publishing, and translation in the Caribbean]—in conversation with Elizabeth Nunez (Trinidad and Tobago) and Jacob Ross (Grenada) on Monday, January 22, 2018, at 3:00pm.

Haití, which won the 2017 Casa de las Américas Prize [see previous post Emilio Jorge Rodríguez and Reynaldo García Blanco], will be launched on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 6:00pm.
Both events will be held at Casa de las Américas in Havana, Cuba.
