[Many thanks to Peter Jordens for bringing this item to our attention. The 49th Annual Conference of the College English Association (CEA), with the theme “Bridges,” will take place on April 5-7, 2018, at Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront (333 1st Street South, Street) in St. Petersburg, Florida. The CEA, a gathering of scholar-teachers in English studies, welcomes proposals for presentations on Caribbean Literature. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

The general conference theme is “Bridges;” the session organizers are especially interested in presentations that build bridges between and among texts, disciplines, people, cultures, media, languages, and generations.

Submit your proposal at http://www.cea-web.org.
