The University of Miami Cuban Heritage Collection (CHC) will host a multidisciplinary conference on October 20 and 21, 2016, to disseminate the work of graduate students and emerging scholars and survey the current status of Cuban and Cuban American Studies. Panels will be held at the Shalala Student Center, West Ballroom, at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
The keynote lecture will be delivered by leading Cubanist researcher Dr. Jorge Duany (Director, Cuban Research Institute, Florida International University).
