Those are the words of Menelik Shabazz, a producer with 35 years under his belt, who is competing for the Fl Caribbean People’s Choice Award with his groundbreaking series concept HEAT. You may remember the award-winner’s BBC dramatic documentary CATCH A FIRE. Currently, Shabazz is presenting HEAT, a mini-drama series about murder, class, sex and deceit.
