Description of Fort Collins Reads: What if an entire city read the same book and then discussed it?

It might help promote understanding, diversity, and tolerance by breaking barriers between people and cultures.  Residents in cities from Seattle to New York thought so and did just that. Fort Collins adopted the program in 2002 and was one of the first cities in Colorado to do so.

Fort Collins Reads is a unique opportunity for residents to educate themselves, meet people beyond their everyday contacts, and share in a positive experience.
