Prof. Bettelheim (San Francisco State University and UCLA) is co-curated Transcultural Pilgrim: Three Decades of Work by José Bedia at the Fowler Museum at UCLA and the Miami Art Museum (2011-2012) and of the catalogue that accompanied the exhibit.

She will be discussing works from Vassar’s Frances Lehman Loeb’s collection that will form the centerpiece of a forthcoming exhibit, Fluid Ecologies: Hispanic Caribbean Art from the Permanent Collection, which open on January 26 , 2015, at the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center.
