As shown above, on September 17, 2015, the Bocas Lit Fest will host an event at the Brooklyn Book Festival (as part of the BBF’s Bookend program) featuring a lineup of exciting new Caribbean poets. Hosted by Nicholas Laughlin (NGC Bocas Lit Fest Programme Director), the event—“The Word Is Fresh”—features Vladimir Lucien, Typhanie Yanique, Danielle Boodoo-Fortuné, and Sassy Ross.
