Every Tuesday, they post new episodes of the Sancoche Cooking Glossary: 15-second shorts that explain everything culinary, whether it’s ‘French Press’, ‘Bouquet Garni’ or ‘Chiffonade’. They also post their favourite oldies from the Sancoche vault every Thursday.
