Works by leading Caribbean artists debut at the 4th Edition of Caribbean Fine Art (CaFA) Fair Barbados, to be held on March 12-16, 2014, at the Spirit Bond building in the heart of historic Bridgetown, Barbados. CaFA Fair Barbados opens on Wednesday, March 12, 6:00-9:00pm.

On October 24, 2013, CaFA Fair in association with the International Communications Association & Dwyer Cultural Center in Harlem, NYC launched “Contemporary Caribbean Art: Selections from CaFA Fair Barbados” with the presentation of the 2013 World Harmony Awards to six distinguished individuals and organizations who have contributed to World Peace.

The exhibition features 12 artists of Caribbean ancestry who have been associated with CaFA Fair Barbados or have been interviewed for the documentary film, “Plight of The Caribbean Artist”, by Guyanese American director Earl Holder.

A selection of artists who have participated in CaFA Fair Barbados are currently in consideration for international exhibits being planned by galleries and institutions for 2014 and beyond.
