María Arrillaga and friends will be at The Cornelia Street Café for a book signing and collective reading from her most recent publication, Ciudades como mares [see previous post New Book: María Arrillaga’s “Ciudades como mares”]. The event takes place on Sunday, September 15, 2013, at 6:00pm. The Cornelia Street Café is located at 29 Cornelia Street, New York, New York.
About the book: Ciudades como mares is a compilation of seven previously published collections, revised and restored to its original content including prologues, commentaries and creative essays. It has work in Spanish and English so we shall have a bilingual reading.
Program: With introductory words and poem by Angelo Verga, curator of The Cornelia Street Café events, the activity will include readings by Yarisa Colón, Sara Del Rosso, Mariposa Fernández, Eileen Gil, Ilsa Gilbert, Silvianna Goldsmith, Madeline Millán, Myrna Nieves, Karen Noble, Joshua Skolyszewski, Nita Skolyszewski, Caroline Thomas, and Dolores Walker.
