Paris and Rome may be famous for romance, but it’s Filipinos who get the most love. Gallup Organization has released a global love ranking on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. The survey, conducted in 136 countries, posed the question: “Did you experience love for a lot of the day yesterday?”
Philippines (93%), Rwanda (92%) and Puerto Rico (90%) were listed in the top three, with most pan-Caribbean countries receiving 80-60%.
According to the survey, Armenia bottomed the list, taking the 136th spot, with only 29% of the respondents giving a positive answer to the sociologists’ question. Georgia was ranked 132nd (43%), Azerbaijan – 123rd (47%), Turkey – 36th (78%) and Iran – 78th (68%), according to bloomberg.com.
