The Tobago Carnival Regatta will take place on February 14-17, 2013, at Pigeon Point in Tobago.

Dubbed “A Festival of Wind,” the Tobago Carnival Regatta is a combination of four sailing categories, Optimists and Bum Boat (traditional work boats) sailing as well as the more dynamic Wind surf and Kite boarding classes. The Tobago event includes the popular Air Shows at Pigeon Point by both local and international windsurfers and kite surfers who have dubbed the area, The Wind Hole.

This year, with the help of the Sports Company, Betty Suite, Sean Clarke, Andrew Llanos, David Milne and Marlon, there will have over 192 sailors from Vesigny, Point Fortin, San Fernando and Tobago sailing alongside kids from Grenada and Anguilla. This year the event will host International racing Judge James Beniot who will be assisting in the Optimits races.
