The International Center of Photography and Bard Studios present Cuban-born Jorge Alberto Perez’s “Visions and Revisions.” The opening reception will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 6:00 to 10:00pm at the Studios, which are located at 24-20 Jackson Avenue (3rd floor) Long Island City, Queens, New York. The show will be on view through April 28.
Jorge Alberto Perez is an artist and writer based in New York City. He is a contributor to Social Text and Semiotext(e). He is currently working on his Master’s Degree at the International Center of Photography/Bard College. His project on Palestine, “Ramallah: A Portrait of Works and Days,” was honored with a solo show in the West Bank and in Jerusalem and is currently being developed as a book.
