Pamil Fine Art features an exhibition by Puerto Rican artist Julia Rivera—La vida es un viaje… [Life is a Journey…]. The opening will take place on April 27, 2012, at 6:00pm. The gallery is located at 1897 Glasgow Avenue in College Park, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Julia Rivera (1965) was born in the Bronx, New York. She studied art at the School of Visual Arts in San Juan, Puerto Rico; the New York Art Studio and the Art League of Manhattan in New York; the National School of Fine Arts in Paris, France; and with Professors Joseph Pinsentin and Roberto Lapucci at SACI in Florence, Italy, where she specialized in the restoration of 17th century paintings. She is permanently represented by Pamil Fine Art in San Juan, Puerto Rico since 1994.
