An art exhibition that opened on January 4, 2012, is still on view for a few more days—until January 17—in France. Collectif Mémoire gathered artists from France, Latin America, and the Caribbean to visually comment on the theme “Mémoire d’un séisme. Haïti, les Villes imaginaires” [Memory of an Earthquake. Haiti: Imaginary Cities].
The exhibition is going on in Halle des Chartrons in Bordeaux, and is on view daily from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Proceeds from the sales of the exhibited works will go to the reconstruction of Anne-Marie Morisset Cultural Center in Delmas, Port-au-Prince.
