Creat’Caraïbes is a short story contest that was initiated by the Youth Regional Council [Conseil Régional des Jeunes] of Guadeloupe in 2007. This contest is meant to encourage young people from the Greater Caribbean to discover the different cultures of the region and to deepen their knowledge on their immediate environment through the prism of artistic creation.
