The Barbados Museum and Historical Society will host the 22nd Fine Craft Festival, beginning on December 10, 2009 at 10:00am. This annual event promotes Bajan heritage through arts and crafts exhibitions including culinary arts displays. The festival also features local jewelry, home furnishings, and personal care products.
At the official launch of the festival at the museum (St. Ann’s Fort, The Garrison, St Michael) marketing officer of the museum, Christine Skeete, said that they already have 77 exhibitors slated for participation— a record number for the Fine Craft Festival.
