The 4th Caribbean Traveling Film Festival Starts in Bahamas

The 4th Caribbean Cinema Travel Exhibition will be dedicated to the Caribbean diaspora and it includes 17 films from 8 countries. It will open on October 22.

According to information released by the organizers it will extend to the end of the month with the showing of 8 shorts, two documentaries and 7 feature films from Venezuela, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Cuba, Haití, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Bahamas.

The president of the film sample Owen Bethel hopes that it will make possible new coproductions among the filmakers of the region with a universal and attractive value.

The 4th Caribbean Cinema Travel Exhibition opened in July 2006, when it was announced in a press conference in Havana.
