Taller Puertorriqueño’s free performance series, Café under the Stars: Spotlighting the Arts in El Barrio is featuring Merián Soto’s SoMoS performance. It takes place October 12, 2012, in the North Philadelphia barrio. The performances, at 7:15 and 9:00pm, are free and open to the public.
The artist presents the culmination of her 7-year Branch Dance Series with the monumental SoMoS, bridging nature and the urban landscape [also see previous post Puerto Rican Choreographer Merián Soto Presents “SoMoS”].
