The Dominica Festivals Committee has officially unveiled its line-up and some of the plans for the 15th edition of the World Creole Music Festival (WCMF), to be hosted at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium from October 28 to 30, 2011. The stadium is situated at Bath Road in Roseau, Dominica.
The line-up this year features artists from all over the Caribbean, including Kolo Barst (Martinique), Jocelyne Béroard (Martinique), Carimi (Haiti), Bunji Garlin (Trinidad and Tobago), Midnight Groovers (Dominica), Gyptian (Jamaica), Harmonik (US/Haiti), Fanny J (French Guiana), Jeff Joseph (Dominica), Triple Kay (Dominica), Jocelyne Labylle (Guadeloupe), Fay-Ann Lyons (Trinidad and Tobago), Jean-Philippe Marthely (Martinique), Swinging Starz(Dominica), Third World (Dominica), WCK (Dominica).
