I am pleased, but I wish to put forward the name Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet now languishing in a jail in Cuba. Pressure must be brought by all Caribbean peoples to obtain his freedom. His concerns are about the discrimination by the Castro brothers against Afro Cubans. Please support Dr. Biscet in his bid fro freedom.
